Delivery, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
All items will be shipped through www.canadapost.com. Orders under $50 will be shipped via regular mail (no tracking) unless the buyer wants to spend more for trackable shipping. Any orders over $50 will be shipped with a tracking number. Extra insurance is available (at the buyer’s cost) upon request.
Orders are shipped two to three times per week. Normal shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The only time this will not happen is during the summer mid July to mid August when we are away from our warehouse. If your order falls under this time period, you will be informed and appropriate arrangements will be made to get your product to you upon our return.
If you make a purchase and we are not able to deliver to you in a timely fashion, some appropriate free items will be offered as a way to show my appreciation for your business and thank you for your patience.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a reference #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt (if you still have it).
4. Once item is received, the appropriate refund will be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on your order. However, in keeping with our customer service policy, a store credit, in the amount of the shipping label amount used to “send” and “return” the item to us, will be issued for use on our site.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include sticker packs or sticker boxes.
Merchandise that has been damaged in delivery will be replaced within reason. We take pride to ensure that this does not happen. Damage in delivery has never really been a problem in this business. However, if there is a big claim to make and shipping insurance was purchased, we will work together to come to a positive solution.

Paypal (you may use your Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Cash On Delivery (Local pick-up in the Edmonton area is available upon request.)
If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your paypal payment will be fully refunded.

Under certain circumstances, this may be permitted. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to request to pay through “snail-mail”
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information by email. Please note that some orders using regular letter mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping and handling will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We certainly hope that the shipping rates do not deter you from ordering. Please keep in mind that shipping rates from Canada can sometimes be “a little high”. The great news is that if you order several items, the shipping rate does not increase significantly. We attempt to keep our “handling” fees to under $2-$5 per order. We attempt to be competitive with other companies in the market.
If an item is “coming soon” we will ship the order when it is in stock. If for some reason, there has to be 2 shipments sent to you, you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
